How do I download the eBooks?

Simply add the products to your cart and complete the checkout process. Your products will then be instantly emailed to you with your order confirmation. Alternatively, you can create an account during checkout and then access your downloads through your account.

They are digital products which means they are not sent to you in the post. Instead, they are emailed to you instantly after payment with your order confirmation. Alternatively, you can create an account during checkout and then access them in the downloads section of your account.

I never received my products
Unfortunately, sometimes this can happen. It could be because of a computer error or you may have typed in your email address wrong during checkout. Simply email info@grade9academy.com and I will be able to send them to you directly.
How long do I have access to the eBooks for?
Forever! If you create an account during checkout you can access your digital products in the downloads section. You have lifetime access and infinite downloads. However, the digital products are copyrighted for individual consumption only and not for resale or distribution of any kind.
What does it mean if my order fails?
Occasionally, orders may fail. Usually this is due to a computer error or a payment being declined. Simply try again with a different payment method and it should work.
Can I memorise the eBooks and use them in my exam?
All content produced by Grade 9 Academy is subject to copyright and cannot be copied, reproduced or distribuetd in any way. The content is designed to give you ideas and guidance for your English GCSEs, not to be copied word for word. Please be aware that copying content word for word is classed as plagiarism and could be flagged up by the exmaining board’s plagiarism software, potentially leading to disqualification.
Can I purchase products if I am outside the UK?
Yes. The digital products can be purchased online from anywhere in the world.
How do I watch the pre-recorded masterclasses?

The pre-recorded masterclasses will be emailed to you instantly after purchase. Check your emails and get in touch if you don’t receive anything!

Can I re-watch the pre-recorded masterclasses?

Yes you have infinite playbacks and lifetime access so you can rewatch the class as many times as you want. Perfect for revision!

How do I access the Bootcamp course?

You will receive an email to access our course portal. You will be given log in details and then you will work through the course using our online portal. The portal is easy to use and can be accessed on any device. On there you will work through the lessons, activities, assignments, quizzes and you will also be able to access and download the eBooks through there too. You will receive feedback on your assignments in the portal and you will receive a certificate at the end of completion!
